The Yks400 630 10kv High Voltage Three Phase Electrical Motor, manufactured by Faggiolati Fluid Equipment (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., is a powerful and reliable AC motor designed for industrial applications. With its high-speed operation and three-phase stator configuration, this motor is perfect for a wide range of industrial needs.

The motor features a compacted box structure with a welding-jointed steel plate frame, making it lightweight yet rigid in construction. The stator frame is equipped with closed air to air coolers, allowing for easy installation and maintenance.

The stator winding is insulated with F class insulation and securely bound at the ends. The entire stator is treated with solvent-free varnish Vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI), ensuring excellent electrical properties and resistance to humidity.

The rotor of the motor is made of either cast aluminium or copper bar. The aluminium rotor is made of pure aluminium, while the copper bar wedging copper rotor enhances the overall integrity of the rotor.

The motor is equipped with either rolling bearings or sliding bearings, depending on the output power and rotary speed. The bearing protection grade is typically IP44, but can be increased if required. The rolling bearing is lubricated with grease, and its grease charger and discharger can be operated without stopping the motor.

The junction box, which has an IP54 protection grade, is usually mounted on the right side of the motor (viewed from the shaft extension end). However, it can also be mounted on the left side. The outlets of the junction box have four optional orientations: up, down, left, or right. Additionally, a separated grounding unit is available in the main junction box.
