End-suction pump is single-stage single-suction (axial suction) cantilever centrifugal pumps, conveying corrosive liquid with viscosity similar to water without solid particles. High-precision casting impeller can ensure the performance, material in cast iron, stainless steel and bronze.
In order to balance axial thrust, there are both wear rings in front and at the back of the majority of the impeller and the balance hole is on the back shroud of the impeller. The axial thrust of some pumps is not big enough, so there is no wear ring and balance hole at the back of the impeller.
Packing pump cover is equipped with stuffing, for soft packing seal, the stuffing may pass into a certain pressure of water for seal cooling, lubrication, cleaning;
Single mechanical seal and double mechanical seal two species for mechanical seal, a certain pressure into the seal cavity through the water, rinse the end surface friction, while cooling effect. According to demand while allowing the use of a sealed cavity adapted to form a predetermined size of ISO3069 other structures, such as mechanical seal with corrugated pipe and expeller seal.
Flexible couplings
Unlike rigid couplings, flexible couplings can accommodate some movement e.g. vibrations and thermal expansion without damage. This makes them ideal for applications where there is a degree of unavoidable misalignment between the drive and pump shafts. As they can absorb vibrations well, they can also be used to reduce excessive operating noise. With these benefits come a more complex, expensive design. However, as flexible couplings protect the shaft and bearings from damage and premature wear, there are maintenance savings to be had in the long run.
We use wear-resisting disc coupling or pin coupling.

★ Medium:working temperature,corrosive or other physical&chemical properties(temperature)>80ºC,cooling structure will be adopted for bearing,the material of casing&cover is QT500-7)
★ Pump inlet pressure
★ Type of shaft seal(Users have three choices:non asbestos soft packing,mechanical seals and injection type soft packing.if not to specify it,mechanical seals will be supplied.)
★ Direction of rotation(Counterclockwise rotation is special.if not to indicate direction,clockwise rotation is to be provided.)
★ Parts material(If not to specify material,pump will be supplied according to standard material )
★ Motor requirement:power,voltage,protection class,insulation class,cooling method,anti-explosion or not etc
★ Common base(standard configuration:when motor support number≤315 and pump suction diameter≤350,scope of supply shall include common base.beyond the above scope,it is necessary to specify whether you need pump base or common base when ordering)
2.Model selection instructions
★ The order is not limited by the performance parameters list.data in the catalogue is only special point parameter,we can design and manufacture the product according to the user requirements
★ If selected model is close to performance parameters,generally standard impeller pumps and high speed pumps are preferred.(to select high speeds pumps,NPSH shall meet the requirements)
★ For specific speed of 40,60 and 90 low specific speed pumps, if selected product is not running on large flow and low head operation conditions,motor can be calculated according to the actual operating points and appropriately reduced
★ Pump can be of speed down running,but generally exceeding rated speed acceleration running is not allowed

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
